The French dip is shaved from a slow roasted prime rib and served alongside steaming and savory au jus.
Our sliced prime rib is juicy and full of well-seasoned flavor and is always served with a side of au jus and prepared horseradish.
The halibut is broiled until moist and flaky, then smothered with a creamy champagne Dijon mustard sauce.
For dessert, our homemade peach cobbler is perfection! KC’s cobbler is served hot with a golden brown crust and is topped off with a healthy scoop of vanilla ice cream. The Butterfinger pie is another of KC’s signature desserts - a crumbly graham cracker crust, homemade Butterfinger ice cream, and creamy whipped topping.
